Q1: Can you send me a cataloque?
Yes. Please call on our number and we will gladly despatch one 
You can also click on a thumbnail anywhere in our online catalog, and a window will appear with a larger image, showing more detail. In many cases, there will also be an alternative picture showing the item either close up, or illuminated.
Q2: Will you ship outside of mainland Britain? Yes, we are happy to ship overseas, but it can be quite expensive. Please email us with a list of what you would like to purchase, and we will be pleased to send you a quote. 
Q3: Do you have a shop, and can I visit you? We don't have a shop, but our warehouse does have a comprehensive display area open weekdays. 
Q4: Is it safe to put my credit card details in? Yes, we use a company called SECPay (a dedicated, secure, online transaction company) to process payments. SECPay use SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information remains confidential. Indian Furniture Direct do not hold credit card details.

Q5: What is the size of the item in inches? All of our measurements are given in centimetres. To convert this to inches, divide the centimetre number by 2.5 and this will give you a rough guide in inches. For example a lantern that is 55cm high is roughly 22 inches. Please be aware all sizes are approximate.
Q6: How much does this cost in dollars? The site is in UK sterling, but as a rough guide use 2.0 dollars to 1 pound sterling. For example, a £30.00 table would be about $60.00. However when we ship outside of the EU, we take off UK VAT but you may have to pay local import tax. The VAT is equivalent to about 15% discount.

Q7: How long will my item take to be delivered? We hold almost all items in stock, and although our trading terms allow us 30 days to deliver items to you, we typically try to dispatch them within a couple of days. In the UK we use couriers who normally take upto 3 days to deliver the parcel. Overseas will take a little longer, and we will advise you how long to expect.
If, for whatever reason, we cannot deliver in within 30 days, we will email you with an estimated delivery time. You can then either wait for the item to be delivered, or have a full refund and we will notify you when the stock is in, so you can purchase then, if you wish.
